At checkout the tax and shipping were both TBD. I should have stopped there but moved forward based on the $28.49 total. Maybe I thought the rest would be calculated at the next page. It wasn't and I received an order confirmation with open-ended shipping and tax. I was alerted of the prompt shipment with an updated receipt including $31.49 of shipping, for and a new total of $57.98. Had I known this I would have abandoned the purchase in the first place but it had already shipped. How convenient. Furthermore, tax was still not calculated. A few days later I noticed a $60+ charge on my credit card. I guess I was expected to calculate the difference to account for tax. I did not receive a complete itemized invoice. When I wrote customer service and pointed out that that is quite possibly illegal, they offered $15 and made good on that right away and sent the complete itemized invoice. They are quick and responsive, but I will never go through this again.

Horrible Customer Service I got an error code at check out. I spent the better part of an hour chatting with CS and having a phone conversation with 3 different people. The Chat offered to have a website tech call me, but so I would get the correct person and so I wouldn't have to be on a phone hold. I agreed and gave them my number. Multiple hours later no one called. I rejoin the chat that had timed out getting a different person. They had no record of my previous chat history or a ticket to show I was expecting a call. Basically I had to start over. which I did. after going through all the same "fixes" that were offered before, when I asked if they could look into when I was getting a call, the chat told me to call CS. I told them again I had already talked to 3 people and I was expecting a call, they then disconnect the chat.

Jeremy in customer service sales is terrible. He always acts like you’re a problem when you call. If he answers I’ll just hang up and call back hopefully somebody else answers.

Failed to ship correctly charged accumulator 3 times. After 3rd failed attempt to get a 1500psi accumulator and having a 600psi delivered, we gave up. Still got charged for the higher priced accumulator and higher shipping fees. Customer service did not resolve and failed to respond to emails requesting fix of incorrect invoicing. Unlikely we will be doing business with Kleen-Rite again due to this experience.

Kleen -rite is very greedy bought pumps over a month ago, just purchased again and one of the pumps went up over $80 and the other was over $50 increase. You people just raising priced to raise disgusting

This place is a joke i’ve been in contact with service five or six times in the last month I have a brand new carpet extractor that has never worked right since I bought it it leaks below the waist tank keeps getting tons of water in the electric motor and they keep telling me they need all these pictures that they need my invoice and I’ve sent everything multiple times..so now they’re telling me that it needs to be approved but when I call back to ask for a main Manager come to find out I’ve been talking to him this whole time… i’ll never buy from this company again.

The sales team is horrible at communicating. I’ve had nothing but problems with Kleen rite since I ordered trash can covers 6 months ago and needed to replace them with ones with a smaller hole. I never received my full refund for the return and spent almost as much on paying the diffference and additional shipping costs. Additionally I recently worked with 3 different reps to try to get TWO vacuums sent to my location in financing and was told I would be approve for that amount and that the order would be placed after our phone call. The ordered was never placed and then 2 weeks later I receive an email saying the my order was cancelled because I never finished it. You guys need to do a better job on your back end of communicating and actually doing the things you tell customers you’re going to do over the phone.

They make fool of customers. I Ordered towels by Joe. They charged me $14 (fine) and $120 as shipping. $120 as shipping. Oh gosh.
