Klean KanteenReviews of kleankanteen.com

Got a klean kanteen for my birthday, but it the bottle cap started leaking prerry soon. Beacause I got it as a present I dont have any receipt. But I guess it shouldn't matter, beceause they state " lifetime warranty " So I tried to exchange it for a new one. They state that it wasn't posible since I didn't own any receipt.

I bought this bottle because I wanted one that I would be able to keep for years and not worry about it. For me, that was worth the high price. The sports cap started leaking on day one, apparently this is 'supposed' to happen. So I bought an expensive extra cap so I would be able to even use it. I dropped the bottle once, and it was so dented I couldn't put it on a table anymore. It would just fall over. I contacted the company and they said I should smash the bottom with a hammer to fix it. That didn't work, I contacted them again, but they wouldn't help me. It's ridiculous that these products are so expensive, while the quality and customer service is terrible and non-existent.

These bottles are style over substance for two reasons. 1: the sports lids leak a lot, you can’t take it anywhere in a bag unless you’re positive it’s always upright. 2. They are too tall and narrow, and have a curved base. This means when the bottle is full, or even half full, they want to topple over all the time. This means you will accidentally knock it, making an incredibly loud noise. These two things combined make it a fairly useless item which causes daily annoyance.

bought one bottle at a french retailer called Natureo, the design is not too bad but pricing quite high for what it is. from the beginning it does quite a ridiculous noise when you drink from it making everybody looking at you when you drink in public. + the lid has start leaking about only few days after purchase... enough to say the quality is pretty mediocre

Paid £45 for the tk pro, looks great, pity it doesn’t keep your coffee hot for more than a few hours. Wish I’d stuck with Thermos.

Ganz schlechte Kommunikation. Man bestellt, hört nichts und auf Nachfrage kommt ein "Sorry, nicht lieferbar". Unmöglich

Purchased the 532ml classic steel water bottle however after the first 2 uses the bottle has started to develop an awful smell after c.30 min of being cleaned and filled with water. I also have the larger version purchased over a year ago but have not had this issue with it at all. Despite contacting customer services multiple times to report this problem I have had no response. Thoroughly disappointed by the bottle and the lack of customer service.
