Their warranty is a joke. Their customer service is even funnier. I bought a mug for my daughter and my granddaughter knocked it off by accident. Now due to the debt the lid does not seal right. I filed a warranty claim and they only guarantee against manufacture defects. Their warranty wording does not exclude accidental issues(other popular companies do). They are not standing behind their product. Save your money.

Klean Kanteen TKwide 12 oz mit Café Cup läuft aus. Mehrmals versucht, nach Anleitung auseinander- und wieder zusammen gebaut, dennoch ausgelaufen. Freundliche Nachfrage beim Händler blieb unbeantwortet. Da ich erst durch die Benutzung des Becher feststellen konnte, dass er defekt ist, gilt er aufgrund der Benutzung als nicht retournierbar. Diese Firma betreibt green washing: schmückt sich mit ökologischen Idealen und zockt nur mit teuren Produkten ab. Ich hatte das Problem mit einem ähnlichen Becher von klean kanteen vor ein paar Jahren schon mal, damals aufgegeben und gedacht, ich hätte mich nur mehr mit der Technik beschäftigen müssen. Auch der Becher von damals ist kaputt und funktioniert nach mehrfacher Auseinander- und Zusammenbauung nicht.

Leaky, non-hygienic product + irresponsive Customer Service, they'll take your money and that's the last you'll hear from them. They don't even care about trustpilot, they know these models are plagued by defects but they are just playing deaf. Give your money to Hydro Flask instead or get a normal stainless bottle from the supermarket, I bet it won't leak and it'll have a mouthpiece cover. Cheap cheap cheap SHAME ON YOU!!! :D

Locket läcker väldigt lätt, muggen måste stå upprätt hela tiden. Alltså inte speciellt spillsäker som beskrivningen säger. Taskig attityd och inte speciellt trevliga på kundservice, vilket ändrade helt min uppfattning av företaget.

I am REALLY DISAPPOINTED that despite the mantra that a Klean Kanteen purchase should be for life, when it comes to users of vacuum flasks we are ignored, abandoned and overlooked. They don't make a single spare part, seal or maintenance kit for the vacuum flasks. I have a vacuum flask and I'm really pleased with it. But with constant daily use the seals on the lid are beginning to wear out. SO I'M GOING TO HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER FLASK. How is this good for the environment? How is this good for my pocket? KK items are not cheap, and one of the reasons they justify this is that they are for life. NOT IF YOU BUY A VACUUM FLASK. The fact is, I'm so fed up I'm seriously looking around at other companies for a replacement. Their supposed commitment to the environment is lies. They don't consider that there's enough demand for these items because they're only bought by old fogies like me. SO IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. How could I have been so deceived as to believe that this company truly cared about the environment? They are no better than any other money grabbing company that charges the earth under the banner of eco activism. THEY ARE FRAUDS.
