KKS-SUPERCARReviews of kks-supercar.com

I was looking to get CarPlay in my McLaren 720S. I found kks and was about to buy a module. They were very responsive in my inquiries about buying one. A friend bought two and ended up only needing one so he sold me the other module. I went ahead and had a shop install it in my 720S. It worked fine going into the CarPlay mode but when changing back to the factory screen they would get a black/blank screen. It was traced back to having a bad LVDS cable which connects the CarPlay module to the factory module. Both me and the stereo reached out to KKS about getting a replacement cable but neither one of us ever heard back from them after weeks. We when offered to BUY a replacement LVDS cable but still no response. Their customer service is absolutely dismal and I would warn anyone to stay far away from them especially since they won’t help you after you buy from them. I sent you guys a message from my email address, Please send me a response to that email. I'm not exactly sure why you guys haven't been getting any of my messages through multiple mediums. I sent another one an hour ago through your website.. This site won't let me leave my email address on here so just look for one from my name. (Edited) Since then, KKS has responded and had a new LVDS cable sent out as promised and this finally solved the blank screen issue and is worked as expected. They also made sure that my 1 year warranty coverage started from that point on so I'm happy with the end outcome.

Was extremely skeptical when ordering at first. The module came pretty quick and the install was quite overwhelming as there were not real step by step detailed instructions. Luckily was able to get it installed however failed to connect both on McLaren iris at the same time as the CarPlay. Did some research on my own and was able to solve the issue. Support was quick to reply on WhatsApp and email. I would prefer to change in and out of CarPlay using a media button instead of the stalk and would be a lot better with step by step instructions provided.

Has this company gone out of business ? They owe me nearly £900 as a refund and do not respond to my messages

I had an issue with my CarPlay module freezing on my Ferrari, which was frustrating at first. However, I reached out to KKS-Supercar, and they were incredibly responsive. They immediately arranged a replacement and covered all the shipping costs with express shipping. The replacement arrived very quickly, and now everything works perfectly. Even though I ran into a problem initially, their after-sales support truly impressed me. Their dedication to making things right gave me complete confidence in their service. If you're on the fence, rest assured-they really stand by their products and customers.

At first, I was hesitant to order from KKS-Supercar because they're based in Asia, and I was worried about getting scammed or the shipping taking forever. Plus, other local or US-based stores were selling similar CarPlay modules for much higher prices, so the lower price here seemed too good to be true. However, I decided to give them a try, and I'm so glad I did! The module for my McLaren IRIS upgrade arrived in just three days visa DHL Express-super fast and well-packaged. Installation was straightforward with the detailed guide they provided. The CarPlay works perfectly, integrates with the car's audio system, and supports Siri flawlessly. It's everything I homed for at a fraction of the price I saw elsewhere. One thing to note: since they're based in Asia, there's a time difference. Their customer support replies were quick when I messaged late at night in my timezone but a bit slower during my day time hours-kind of funny, but understandable. Overall, an excellent experience, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable CarPlay solution!

After shopping around, KKS-Supercar had the best price for the CarPlay upgrade for my McLaren. On top of that, their shipping was fast, and the packaging was very secure. The module came with everything needed for installation, and their support team even helped me with programming remotely. Couldn't be happier!

I was hesitant to order the CarPlay module for my Ferrari 488 since I've had bad experience with aftermarket parts before. However, KKS-Supercar exceeded my expectations. The module arrived quickly, was well-packaged, and worked perfectly right out of the box. Their support team was also incredibly responsive and helped me every step of the way. Definitely legit and worth it.
