Ordered an item on the 14th July....it’s now 14th August and no sign of it. Tracking details are useless, it said it arrived in Heathrow on 30th July and no updates since! I emailed customer service and was told they couldn’t give me any details as to when it will arrive!! I have lost all hope of ever receiving this item and can only warn others about this site, it has to be a scam. My advice....do not order!!....:24th August product arrived and the quality is horrendous! Nothing like the picture. Do not bother

DO NOT ORDER!! So I’ve crept the kittenish site many of times and never actually pulled the trigger on anything because realistically I know it’s all probably over priced china clothes and then finally decided to the other day cause I saw these pants and said you know what, imma trust Jessie for a sec cause I really want those and I knew it, I SHOULD HAVE TRUSTED MYSELF LIKE BEFORE!! Jokes on me but anyhow .. first off, don’t order if you’re in Canada, I ordered a pair of pants that were $49 dollars USD which I know there is an exchange and I order a lot of stuff online and usually isn’t bad. Once I placed my order with shipping and exchange it came to $89 Canadian. The shipping was so much but I really wanted these pants so I said screw it and ordered them. Once they arrived at my door I OWED AN ADDITIONAL $53 for customs fees which I have NEVER had that crazy of an amount so total I’ve now paid $141 for these originally $49 pants ... sick anyhow so then I get these pants and Im SHOOK!!! I understand you are this tiny little person Jessie but who do you think everyone else in this world is. I am not tiny but I am not huge by any means I am an extremely average sized person and have no problem shopping anywhere I’m like 5’7 and very normal sized. I even ordered an XL because I was skeptical of the sizing because you talk so much about petite women blah blah and make everyone else in the world feel like garbage and I did want them to be bigger and baggy anyway so I though I was guaranteed these would fit and if anything too big I LITERALLY COULDNT GET THEM PAST MY HIPS AND OVER MY A*S I am usually a M to L or 10 to 12 in pants. Size XL which even stated on her website is 14-18 HAHAHA yeah right. I am so disappointed. I really would hope that by this point you would realize pretty much most women are not all the same size and would be more inclusive. This is a joke because even if you hear XL you think bigger so you would think maybe slightly inclusive and they also had the option of them coming in XXL which I thought was nice because I love when places have a great range of size but i didn’t even think to order as I have never worn that size in my life but I can PROMISE even if I order the freaking XXL that I bet those still wouldn’t even do up maybe even wouldn’t get over my hips like this pair but who knows. A FREAKING XXL!! but I swear to god these are like a size 6 or something it’s crazy to me you call that an XL. Do you even know what XL MEANS?! what the hell this site is seriously a joke. So heads up ladies unless you are like miniature or literally a skinny super model I guess don’t order from there.. and also of course if you are but in Canada I would just not anyway. So pretty much I’m out of a lot of money now for pants that don’t fit, if I send them back I loose that $53 and kittenish makes you pay your return shipping fee anyway which is another trash thing about this site too so that’s cool.

Items are thin and cheap. Expensive shipping and no customer service

Bad. Just bad. Don’t spend your money here. Spend it on Vici Dolls where JJD rips off their clothing and pretends to not notice that her customers/ site & store visitors KNOW that she’s doing that. Vici is fast shipping with impeccable customer service. Trust the bad reviews! We’ve done our research!’

BEWARE of Kittenish employees leaving 5 star reviews on their website. This company is trash and has to rely on only their reviews for 5-stars.

I ordered a pair of shorts which were wayyyy to small, returned them the same day they arrived. Within a week I received an email stating my return was received and I would be contacted shortly after it was processed. 30 days later I still hadn’t heard anything. Emailed Kittenish and after another 7 days received an email stating I have a $15.00 store credit. Strange, since the shorts I originally bought were $20! Apparently Kittenish charges their customers for the return label!! So I paid a crazy shipping charge to get the item initially and then had to pay again to return it!! What a joke! I will never buy from them again!

Jessie Decker brags about being a "designer", but all she is doing is buying clothes from Poshmark, Vici Dolls, etc, and switching out the labels from theirs to her own. Everything is "final sale", no refunds, no exchanges, nothing. So many complaints about horrible customer service that go ignored. So many complaints about merchandise shipped late or not at all. So many complaints about not being able to exchange for a different size. Kittenish is a DUMPSTER FIRE. Jessie's attempt to pretend to be a "designer", trying to get attention, when in fact, hardly anything sells until it gets thrown in the bargain bin every 2 weeks. Then she rolls out more overpriced clothes that end up in the bargain bin. She doesn't care about her social media minions, because she lives on Eric Decker's (he's her MEAL TICKET AND SPERM DONOR) NFL contract money. He's unemployed now, cut from every team he's been on, now just an obedient house husband and babysitter. Don't purchase from Kittenish! Buy your clothing, shoes and accessories from REPUTABLE on-line retailers or your closest dept store.

Terrible customer service . Quality of clothes are terrible ... this product line is a joke....
