Do not, under any circumstances buy anything from this company. I ordered (and paid for) a shirt for someone as a Christmas present, within plenty of time for delivery. I should have known it wouldn't turn up and sure enough it didn't. I have enquired multiple times as to the status of my order, via their chat bot function and by emailing directly, and have only been met with abject silence. Their customer service is utterly appalling. I'd imagine their 5 Star Reviews are written by themselves using fake profiles.

I have recieved the wrong zip up tracksuit - I also emailed on 26/11/24 and had no reply and then the 2nd order they messed up completely wrong thing - £90 down the drain! Please contact me and resolve this as you do not respond to emails presumably and there is no telephone number on your website. How can you send people the completely wrong item after several weeks waiting for it!! Thank you

My dreadful experience with Kit Lab. It's beyond frustrating that I’ve been waiting for what seems like an eternity since my purchase, yet the product remains elusive. The complete absence of any purchase confirmation email adds insult to injury, showcasing a severe lack of professionalism on their part. The sheer audacity of their non-responsiveness to my emails and calls, coupled with the audacious claim of non-existence when contacted, is absolutely outrageous. To top it off, the fact that they've seemingly vanished from social media without a trace is the epitome of poor customer service. It's exasperating to encounter such blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and the blatant refusal to take responsibility for their actions.

It has been over 5 weeks and i am still waiting for my delivery i do not recommend i know the thins are cheap but its better buying something real from a different website than kitlab as its a pisstaker .

It has been over two months since I placed my order, and I still haven’t receive it. On June 24, I was informed that my order would be checked and tracked however, I have not received any updates or replies since that time.

Told me that everything was real and when I received my order it turned out to be fake. They have been ignoring me on purpose because I want a refund
