Don’t use this company. They’re crooks. Refused to respond to my messages or send my full order. I had to go through PayPal to get a refund. Will NEVER buy from them again.

This joke of a company never sent out my order, it took three messages and the threat to stop payment to get them to respond, them they claimed my messages were going into a spam folder. After another 4 days they claimed my order was processing then sat there for another day. At that point I wanted a refund. In total it was a 3 week process with no product ever being shipped and my credit card being charged. The charge will be disputed.

100% scam and rip off. Do not buy anything from them

The email is michaelscloset.net. The address associated with the store turns out to be someone's house. I foolishly purchased beverages from them - what arrived was a box of shattered glass, along with missing items. No response from what minimal means of reaching them are visible.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. IT IS A TOTAL SCAM! Placed an order on June 14, 2024. It is now August 13, no order but they took my money immediately. Made multiple calls and sent multiple emails with no response. Absolutely no communication from them. I will be visiting my bank to see about reversing the charges.

They do not answer phones, they never shipped products . Filed complaints, revoked charges on credit card

Ordered a product on Kitch’n. Total nightmare. They took my money but never provided the product. Their customer service consist of a phone message on an answering machine and an email address. Multiple inquiries to both were never addressed. They Never provided any information about the order and their Website they provide to check the status of your order is both difficult to log onto and Gives us useless information. I never received the product and eventually had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Never use this service.
