Should be zero. It's not a real company, they don't send your products, they don't respond to emails or phone calls. Now I just need to monitor my ID/Credit because what's the point of getting that info and not selling you the product you ordered? Likely they are going to sell my credit card and other info. Sigh. Should have checked here first but their website is very convincing - all the markers of legitimacy.

Please.dont ever order from these thieves. I placed an and money was taken immediately and as of today, I still have not received my order. Call their number..and you have to leave a message and told that you will receive a call back within 24 hours. Again...this never happened. Do not understand under any circumstances purchases ANTHING FROM THESE CROOKS. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF OF YOUR MONEY AND COULD A SHIT. WHAT A SCAM !!!

Thank you everyone for saving me from a horrible decision to go ahead with an order from Kitch'n. I went in circles trying to get back to my cart to make the purchase. They just repeatedly sent me to a "Login without password " site where they tried to have me download an app that only 100 others had supposedly downloaded. Huge farce. I believe they are attempting to steal identities. Thanks again. Go Team!!

No one ever responds to email or voicemail messages. I’ve contacted them multiple times for an entire week. Yesterday my order was refunded without an explanation. I understood that this is a small company but geez…I placed a huge order with them!!

I paid for 24 cans of Arizona iced tea and only got 12. Took forever for them to be delivered. I guess I should have read the reviews. Terrible company!!!!

If I could give it a zero, I would. This company takes your order, takes your money, and then doesn't deliver the goods. I have e-mailed them numerous times with little or no response. Buyer Beware....stay away...Do Not Order from them!!! They're scammers and thieves!

In July 2024 I ordered 16 Lemon Sticks which were to be favors for my granddaughters birthday party. Three weeks later I contacted the company to ask where my candy was since the party was looming and they had already deducted the cost from my account. No response. A week later I once more tried to contact them, but their phone either went directly to voicemail, put me on hold until I eventually hung up, or simply disconnected on me. Voicemails also got no response. In Aug I sent them another email through their Contact Us page, but to no one's surprise, there was no response. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (of which I was one of dozens I found out). The BBB has tried repeatedly to contact them to resolve this issue, with no response. I am now getting ready to contact the FTC to see if they can start an investigation into possible theft or at least credit card fraud. They are obviously doing this to EVERYONE, so this needs to be corrected. It may only have been $13.63, but I don't appreciate them taking money that I earned, but they did not. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this company!!!
