I placed an order on June 20, 2020. It's now August 9 and I've not received the whole order. They do not respond to Customer Service inquiries asking for an update. Will be disputing the charge.

over a month, never received product. never received any communication except "thanks so much for your order", sent multiple times as if they just discovered my order every couple of weeks and added it back to their pile or orders to ignore. don't waste your time, you will never get your product if you order from these losers.

Ordered almost a month ago finally cancelled blames covid19 for shipping delays. Never replied to emails in a timely manner and said it on the way. Phone number useless. They pick and chose who to reply back to. when I sent a message to cancel it was done right away.

Ordered several items on June 5th. All I received was a confirmation with no shipping information. I have been emailing, texting and calling with no response. This is terrible business. I want my money back and I will get it.

Placed order and have not received product after 2 months. Have reported them the the better business bureau along with many others. Do not order from either Michaels closet or Kitch’n you will lose your money.

Not only took money and never sent product but they took copy of police department ID.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR MICHAELS CLOSET Order placed but never acknowledged. 5 phone messages sent. 5 texts sent. 10 emails sent. No response. Office is UPS shipping site. Also does business as MICHAELS CLOSET Need to contact authorities to shut this down. Sorry I did not listen to reviews before ordering.

Placed an order two months ago. No word. Will not answer correspondence. Reporting to my bank and attorney general.
