Placed an order in July...still haven't received it. NOT IMPRESSED.

Terrible customer service and communication. I am still waiting on part of my order that is missing from the order that was delivered 10 days ago.

Yeah, I ordered 2 sets of 2 taco holders. 3 weeks later it still hadn't shipped, so after multiple emails with "Michael's closet" it finally shipped and was delivered. I was sent 2 taco holders instead of the 4 I paid $25 for. So again, multiple emails, he created a shipping label, but never sent the other 2 holders. Now he won't answer emails or anything. I have now escalated it with PayPal and after 5 days he hasn't responded to them either. Save yourself the headache and order from another seller. KitchN (aka Michael's closet) is horrible!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My first (and last) time ordering from Kitch'n. I ordered 6 Le Creuset pasta plates for my wife on Sept. 29th. The plates were shipped on Oct.7th, but sent to the wrong pick up point. We called Kitch'n and the customer service rep said she would have the package picked up and redelivered to the correct pickup point the next day. It is now Oct. 21st and still no plates. The plates were never picked up so the pickup point returned the package back to Kitch'n. Kitch'n now says they are out of stock and we will have to wait. They continually push the shipping dates back every week without notifying me. I have sent 4 email asking for status updates and reasons why the dates keep getting pushed back and no response. I would definitely cancel the order but my wife really wants these plates, so this is a lessons learned scenario. I will never spend a single krona with Kitch'n again.

Horrible Have sent 4 emails, and called with no response. Still haven't received product

I placed an order, waited weeks with no word, called and emailed repeatedly only to receive no response, and finally instructed them to cancel my order and refund my payment. Still no response, and no refund. Ordered what I needed elsewhere, filed a complaint with the BBB...and suddenly, these clowns notify me they're shipping my order (or part of it, anyway, despite having charged me for the whole thing). I instruct them again that the order is to be canceled and my payment refunded, again to no response, end up having to refuse the USPS delivery and have it returned to sender, and must now necessarily have my credit card company deny the charge. I'm considering filing a fraud complaint as well, but you can avoid this entire headache by simply purchasing your cookware anyplace other than Kitchn aka Michael's Closet aka whatever DBA they may next use to make off with your hard-earned monies.

I ordered on May 27. In mid June I received 2 emails one day after the other claiming that due to Covid-19, they were behind, but were working as quickly as they could, and begging for my patience. After July 27 (2 months after the order was placed), I reached out to check on the status of the order. The response was an e-mail stating that my order was cancelled. That same day, I tried to add the same item to my cart on their website, and it appeared to be available. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them!!! They are either a scam or so very incompetent, that they cannot handle their e-commerce strategy. Nonetheless, their communication is terrible. STAY AWAY!

After a month of waiting for an order and several unresponsive attempts to reach customer service, canceled order. Total waste of time.
