I wish I had read reviews of this company before placing my order. It took a month to receive 4 of the 5 items I ordered. The snack item had an expiration date 3 days from when it arrived, and one of the seasoning lids and seal fell off as I was unpacking it. It’s now a month later and my last item has not arrived yet. How appropriate it is called “Bad Juju”. And, not long after I placed my order my credit card was compromised with attempted use in another state. I am so disgusted that this company is taking advantage of people and continues to operate.

Needed a certain cutter for a cookie order, after placing my order and waiting 9days!!!! It still wasn't shipped. I emailed to cancel the order and I will just cut the cookies by hand, got no response. then a couple hours later they are magically shipping my package. It still won't be here on time for my order but they wouldn't let me cancel. Total crap company.

Placed an order mid January and was updated early February that it's getting ready to ship which way never updated after that. Customer service is not responsive when asked for a status update. The order is no longer listed under my account but I was never refunded.

Placed an order dec 17th for 2 items. Still have not received items, received one email stating that items were being packed but never shipped.. scam

I should have read reviews before placing an order on December 6th. Still no delivery!!

Placed an order and when I finally received the package they didn’t ship the entire order although they said they did. Unable to make contact with them. After numerous attempts I finally filed a claim through PayPal and that’s when the sent a message offering a partial refund on the item I never received.

Simple order is taking more than two weeks to ship. Company refuses to answer emails beyond saying the items are in the "packing" stage. This goes on for days. Company eventually creates a shipping label and claims some (not all) of the items are shipping. Items still have not shipped. Company phone number goes straight to voicemail during business hours. Seems like a scam!

I ordered two Faberware nonstick skillets. One showed up bent. They called it cosmetic and refused a refund. Bent nonstick is not something I will cook with. They are also almost completely noncommunicative.
