I have the same experience. I ordered something in December and then they never delivered and have gone completely silent. I don't think they company is in business anymore. Do not buy from this site.

DON'T DO IT!! Sounds like the same complaint as everyone else. Ordered 12/19/23 and it is now Jan 23. 2024 and no items, no updates, no repsonses from this company. Nothing! I filed a complaint with BBB along with the over 40 complaints about them already in there. Now I just want my money back! I will have to fight with the bank now to get that reversed. Great! I just wanted some dang jelly!

Horrible customer service. Sent numerous emails and left messages regarding order that I placed for Christmas. Received the order few days ago. Tried to get updates via email and phone. I tried to cancel as was christmas gift no response. Filed complaint through PayPal

Ordered some food items on Dec.1. They took the payment from my bank account on Dec. 8 and never sent the item. Couldn't get any updates on the website. Sent 3 messages and left 2 voicemails. Nothing. Emailed again and threatened to call BBB. They finally replied but still didn't ship my items! I had to call my bank and dispute the payment, fill out paperwork, and email this company AGAIN, 3weeks after my order date, to tell them my course of action. Hours and hours spent on some damn pancake mix! Got it from Walmart delivered in 3 days , cheaper.

Fake company! Had to file dispute after trying the so called company phone number. Took 2 months! SCAMMED! FAKE FAKE FAKE!

Placed an order for cereal, 3 weeks had passed so I sent a message asking for a refund. They have ignored my request but "created a label" but still haven't shipped the order. $20 wasted. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as well.

Simple, do business with this company at your own risk. They took my money. Sent me the wrong items. Took forever to reply to my emails. Had me return the items but then never returned my payment. Companies like this should be put out of business.

Ordered a single small item 25 days ago and finally received it. All of the reviews you are seeing should be taken seriously. You will not be happy.
