I got my new rolling pin and used it the next day. I love it! The crust came out even and it did not stick to the rolling pin! I threw my old one away!

The Baker's Bundle I ordered the Bakers Set. It is so versatile. I've used the Danish whisk for mixing bread dough, cookie dough, creaming cream cheese and softened butter, and making gravy with no lumps! The Dough Scraper is very handy for scooping up cut vegetables, fruits, as well as lifting cut out cookies to the baking sheet. It also has built-in measurements in cm and inches. The Baking Mat works great. It stays on the counter and/or table for kneading dough and rolling pie crusts. The measurements on the mat also help for rolling pie crusts, tart crusts to the correct size. Also, the clean up is quick and easy. For the price, this is a great set.

This is a must-have kitchen tool. My expectations were exceeded. Bread dough, cookie dough, and many other things. I love it.

The Danish whisk I bought from souffle kitchen did exactly as it said. It whisks pastry up quickly and is easily washed. I've also done pancake mix with equally satisfactory results, so much so I bought 3 more as Christmas presents. My only other comment would be that it would be helpful to have a brief description to go with it when bought for a present.

I contacted Kitchen Soufflé to see if the Danish Dough Whisk was dish washer safe. They responded quickly and I was satisfied with their answer. I bought one for my three daughters-in-law and myself. We all love them and have no problem hand washing them.
