I ordered several Danish Whisks for Christmas but never received them although the USPS said they were delivered. I entered a complaint with USPS but haven't heard anything from them either. I have been trying to work with Kitchen Souffle to get them replaced or refunded but they are not willing to help. I am apparently supposed to become a detective and start knocking on apartment doors to find them. They asked me to check around my apartment for them which is a ridiculous request since I never received them. I do not recommend this company. Horrible customer service!

Dear Kitchen Souffle, I placed my order on December 8th. You are mailing this from Henderson Nevada USA, yet charged me an international fee. I have a friend in FRANCE who sent a package to me on December 17th and it arrived on today, December 30th. You indicated you created a shipping label on December 20th in Henderson Nevada yet 10 days later it had not shipped. I could have driven from Seattle Washington to Henderson Nevada AT LEAST 5 TIMES during the last 22 days. I expect to be in receipt of my order NO LATER THAN JANUARY 1, 2021. THAT means you would need to do overnight shipment at your cost. This was to be a gift for my son who I spent the week of Christmas with in Oregon. ****UPDATE ORDER NUMBER IS 114106!! I have sent 3 emails to your customer service email. Get a phone number so people can actually call!!*****

I did not receive all of my items. I have been trying to contact them and haven't heard from them still.

Ordered in November for Christmas delivery. Said it “shipped” December 4th. I’m less than 2 hours from the distribution center. Still not shipped. So frustrated. I ordered 4 items!!!! Won’t do business with them again.

Received an email that it was being shipped December 7th, still waiting......and no further response. I guess the positive comments were made by people working in the office, that’s why they don’t have time to respond to true customers! Very disappointed.

I ordered on November 27th and got a tracking number on December 4th, stating that the tracking number/label was only created and I would be notified when my item shipped. It is now December 19th, 15 days from date of label created, and it has yet to arrive at the shipping facility. I have now contacted the company twice with no response. The first time I responded to their notification of shipping label created, and now through their website "contact us". Very disappointed as the facility is in a town 37 miles from me. I wish I could just go pick it up.

I wish I could have given a zero rating. I ordered December 6 so that my gifts would arrive in time for Christmas. I received notice that they had shipped on December 7. By December 17, still no tracking info on the order. There is no phone number to call. The company is not refunding my money as I have repeatedly asked via email for them to do. There is no one to speak to. Emails are slow to be answered and do not address my concerns. Beware of this company.

Ordered early December, got a notice that it shipped with tracking number on 12/7/20 USPS status on 12/7 was that it was on its way to USPS and as of today 12/16 it is still in that same status. I am having doubts that it actually shipped.
