Grand Slam July 2022
Customer service, communication, timely responses and answers to questions are excellent. We moved a night around, had 2 postponements and John Hall was so accommodating

rcompznt personnel were outstanding but John not quite honest in presentations about lengthy bus rides and our exposure to covid being in long bus rides which about 20 of us tested positive at the end of the tour plus bus driver always driving one handed!!

National Parks Tour
Overall the tour was very good. Dealing with John Hall's Alaska was very simple and easy. They were always very helpful and got back to us on a very timely basis. The only thing was their timing about updating us about their covid protocols, it should had been done prior to meet & greet dinner. This was disappointing because my wife got covid during our vacation. Again the tour was very good and our tour director was excellent.

Alaska Grand Slam
We had a wonderful trip. Everyone was very helpful. We explored Alaska and for the amount of time we had there we covered a lot of Alaskan territory. There were some things we didn't get to do because of Covid. They kept us safe. The hotels were nice. We never went hungry that's for sure.

We are so sorry that COVID has been a shadow over Alaska this summer, but for the most part, Alaska has been been able to outshine it all!

Our trip was awesome
Our trip was awesome. John Hall’s did a great job of making this trip possible after last year and the Covid pandemic. The only criticisms we have are: 1. Too much delicious food 2. Felt rushed at some of the stops

We took the Panama Canal cruise.It was…
We took the Panama Canal cruise.It was great. The only thing is everyone went to the early dinner except my wife and I. We went to the late dinner and therefore we missed some of the communication. Someone could have made sure we received all the information others knew.

Thank you for your comments. We have taken steps since your travels with us to encourage all guests to dine at the same time . Though it is ultimately up to the guest what time they would like to dine, there is a more cohesive group feeling when you can chat and dine together, or at adjacent tables. We hope that this aspect our your cruise did not take away from the destination and your experience as a whole. Wishing you all the best in 2021!
