HoseHawk Pro ads are a scam. I should have known better. Physics doesn't lie; you can't get more energy for nothing. This product is just a cheaply built hose sprayer...that you would have to buy an adapter for just to connect it to a standard garden hose. The advertising is an absolute scam, making claims of 3000 PSI. When I tried to return it for a refund, they wanted it sent to an address in China!

I have a Hose Hawk Pro which is suppose to be used like a power washer accorking to the ad, which does not work as such. It works like a regular nozzle with multiple settings such as regular, mist or jet settings. I am very disappointed with it and now the company wants me to pay to return the item for a refund on my payment. Not a very good way to run a business I would think. Selling an item that doesn't perform like the ad says it will is not a good business tactic.

Hose Hawk Pro power washing nozzles do not perform as advertised. They do not deliver a high pressure water jet as depicted in their video advertising. The return process is convoluted and the return is paid by the customer to a address in China. A Customs form is required. The shipping cost is close to product cost. Buyers beware! The nozzles do not come with adapters to connect to a standard garden hose as advertised. The same product is available on Amazon with hose adapters for half the cost and a much easier free return process.

The power washer is BS. Within an hour of ordering it i tried to cancel and they would not allow me to. They said once I received the products I could return it at my expense. The product arrived 10 days later and when I requested to return it I was instructed to ship it to China even though it came from NJ. Avoid this company and this product for sure.

Do NOT trust these people . The spray power wash nozzle is a joke! It was advertised as 29.95, but was charged $79 plus ,$9.99 warranty that I didn't ask for ➡️I also found out they "unauthorized" charged me $24.99 for the past 7 months. When I requested a refund they tried to get me to install an app, log on and cancel. Only a stupid person will do that. ➡️After several emails they refused to refund. The phone number didn't work. I now have to call PayPal to have them refund my money. ➡️These people are thieving trash!

Once I made my order and completed payment. Thinking I was done, I was forwarded immediately to another page trying to sell other products and additional products. I was unable to exit this page while trying everything to exit this page it was adding these products to my original order without my knowledge. The only way I could exit this was by turning off my phone. Once they eventually sent me the confirmation I tried contacting them thru phone (no on ever on line), then sent email prior to sending out and wasn't responded to until product was sent out. and on confirmation page there is no way to cancel. You have to jump thru hoops to get the site to get this info. Now I am inconvenience have to send back on my dime as well as being charged being sent to me what I didn't truly know was ordered.

Where is the power stream? Hose Hawk Pros arrived without complete mechanisms to attach it to a garden hose. I had to go the store and buy the quick connects. The product is made of plastic and the "power washing" capabilities shown in their advertising are not the same. These are nothing more than another hose handle sprayer--Weak, there is no power spray. This has No more power than the hand sprayers I already own. Looks to me like a scam. ALSO, there is no phone number to contact the company for a refund. And they charged my bank account 3 times!

Lies all Lies the nozzle for the water hose was a piece of crap and wasn't worth what we paid
