I would leave zero if I could. I was charged for three products because of the check out process. Received product that couldn’t be used unless I go buy adapters from the hardware store. Product is cheaply made. The return process is not an option because they want it returned to China which cost $300+. It would cost multiple times more than what I was charged to return. This company is a scam.

Ordered a power wand and it took 2 weeks to arrive. After opening I found pieces missing and the "power Wand" is cheap plastic. Their web site for ordering is very deceptive! I strongly recommend NOT doing business with these shysters!!!!

Ordered something that was supposed to be like a pressure washer. It was actually a hose nozzle which didn’t even spray hard enough as a regular hose nozzle so it was a waste of money a rip off but then when you go to try to send it back they give you an address from China, which causes you more to send back and they make it difficult cause you have to keep emailing them back forth to get the address to send it back. all I can say is do not order nothing from this company. It is a rip off. It’s a scam. Don’t waste your money. Make sure to look it up online. Really good to find some reviews on it first. If I could’ve gave it a zero star I would, but it didn’t let me.

Shame on me for not checking these people out before ordering. I ordered their "HoseHawk Pro" for $49.99 which should probably have been closer to $4.99. I couldn't believe the cheap lightweight plastic contraption with no way to be connected to a standard garden hose. No instructions or other documentations, which should not be necessary to connect something to a garden hose. Making matters worse, I get charged another $33.99 and $79.88 for items I never received or intended to order.
