Bait and switched
Ordered a limited edition puffco device they had listed as in stock on their website. The device was listed at $50 higher than it should have been ($470) but due to it being a limited edition color I was okay with paying more due to the hard to find nature of the item so I placed the order. I get a message the next day telling me they don't have the item but offering to give me one of the standard puffco devices "at no increased cost to you." The standard peak pro 3dxl in white or black are listed at $420 on just about every smoke shop in existence, and here these geniuses are offering to "upgrade" my order to the bog standard device, that has a cheaper price tag, and tried to spin it as a positive that they weren't going to charge me more for a cheaper item. DO NOT buy from this company. Customer support is nonexistent. They don't have a phone line. Save yourself the headache of trying to get in contact with a company that doesn't give you an easy way to resolve issues.
