BEWARE OF THEM NOT PAYING OUT WINS
Made an account with wrong email accidentally put in .coms instead of .com I couldn't change it in Profile setting to complete verification so made immediately made an account and verified. I made a purchase and won 100 dollars. When I went to redeem they told me they closed my account due to multiple accounts. I wrote back and told them what had happened. They then wrote me back and told me that they understood it was a mistake and saw I didn't use the first account but they would not let me redeem my 100 dollars but my account was now reactivated and I would be allowed to make more purchases and redeem other wins. COMPLETE SCAM! If you understand the mistake and are going to reactivate the account why would you not pay the win. I didn't cheat anything YOUR SYSTEM would not let me fix the email to get it verified.

Hi Timothy, For clarity, accounts on our platform must be limited to one per player, as clearly stated in our Terms of Use. Creating multiple accounts — regardless of intent — is not permitted. In this case, our team reviewed the situation and made an exception by allowing one account to remain active as a goodwill gesture, despite the multiple-account violation. However, winnings generated while the account was in breach of our rules are not eligible for redemption. This was not a system error or a refusal to pay legitimate winnings, but an enforcement of standard account rules that apply to all players equally. Labeling this as a “scam” is inaccurate, especially considering that an exception was already extended in your favor. We remain committed to fair play, transparency, and protecting the integrity of the platform for all genuine users. KingPrize Team 👑
