Thank you for the kind words on the platform Shauntare, and we hear you on the redemption experience! 🙌 Good news: your redemption was actually approved in 12 hours from submission, which is record time on our end. Just to clarify the fee and the timing: the fee covers the fast payout rail once your redemption is approved, while the approval step itself is a separate verification stage our Payments Team completes before release. We know that distinction isn't always clear, and it's something we're working to communicate better so there are no surprises. Since yours came through quickly, we'd love to earn that 5th star! If there's anything else we can help with, just reach us at [email protected]. Here's to many more wins! The KingPrize Team 👑

Hi Joshua, thank you for the detailed and fair review — and congrats on your win! 🎉 We're glad the payout came through quickly for you. Just to clarify the amount: redemptions won purely from free/daily bonus play are subject to a maximum redemption cap, which is why the amount received differed from the total — this is standard practice and outlined in our terms. Regarding the fee — that's applied by the payment provider rather than us, and it varies by method. Our support team is happy to walk you through the options that carry the lowest fees if you'd like. Thanks for the kind words on the game selection and speed, and enjoy those daily bonuses — hope to see that 5th star soon! The KingPrize Team 👑

If you're happy with how things turned out, we'd love it if you could bump us up to 5 stars — it truly means a lot to the whole team. 😊 The KingPrize Team 👑
