This was my first order with King of Generators and everything went smoothly. Easy to order, quick confirmation, and my system was shipped out in just a few days. I appreciate the transparency and communication. I’ve already recommended them to two friends and will be back for more components.

Ordered a product on sale through king generators. They charged my card, and about 5 days later I received a message asking me to confirm my order because the product is usually sold in a kit, i confirmed that I wanted the product and that I had already spent $800 on other components. A few days later they send my money back and told me that the manufacturer doesn't offer the product individually. I contacted the manufacturer and they confirmed the product was sold individually and that king generators didn't want to eat the shipping cost (they offer free shipping site wide). I called King of Generators three times and they didn't return my calls. Now the product is removed from their website. These people are snakes, they put products on their website discounted just to get the traffic, with no intention to fulfill the order. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them. In addition they offered me a "20%" off coupon to "make it up", i tried using it on another product and the checkout screen said that it didn't qualify for the promotion.... what a joke.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience caused by your recent experience. After reviewing your order, we found that the product’s availability changed unexpectedly due to supplier restrictions, which led us to issue a prompt refund. While we strive for accuracy in our listings, occasional discrepancies can occur, and we always prioritize refunding customers immediately when we can’t fulfill an order. Regarding communication, we apologize for any delays in response. Our team works diligently to address inquiries, and we’re reinforcing processes to improve clarity in such cases moving forward. The promotional coupon you referenced was intended for select items, and we regret any confusion caused by its limitations. We’ve since updated our system to prevent similar checkout issues. We stand by our commitment to fair and transparent service, and we’d welcome the chance to discuss this further if you’d like to contact us directly at [email protected].

I recently purchased an EcoFlow DELTA Pro 3 Portable Power Station from this store, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! After doing thorough research and comparing prices, I found that this store offered the best price on the market. Not only that, but their customer service was exceptional. The staff was knowledgeable and helped me understand all the features of the power station, ensuring that I got exactly what I needed. The purchasing process was straightforward and hassle-free, and the shipping was impressively fast. When my EcoFlow power station arrived, it was well-packaged and in perfect condition. I've already used it during my outdoor adventures, and it has exceeded my expectations in terms of performance. If you're looking for quality products and outstanding service, I highly recommend visiting this store. They truly are the kings of generators!

“I recently had an informative consultation with a representative from King of Generators, and I’m thrilled about the prospect of purchasing my own generator. After years of relying on various power sources, I decided it was time to invest in a reliable solution. I had previously rented a generator from a local company, but the staff there lacked the expertise I was hoping for, which made the process frustrating. The information and guidance I received from King of Generators were outstanding and made my decision to invest in a generator straightforward and easy. I feel confident in my choice and look forward to enhancing my power needs! Also an amazing store layout.
