KingbolentoolReviews of kingbolentool.com

This is yet another S C A M company. I ordered Launch Elite 2.0 for MB, I got a Launch 3.0 BN (not Mercedes!) that is locked to some email - certainly not mine. Don't expect to get support after order. No response, no calls answered. Do not send your money to that business. Seems like a sales platform, because I got my shipment from a scammer from Chino CA! Don't Do business with these thieves

Order never got sent, no reply from support. So have to ask credit company for a refund or my money is lost if they do not approve. Cannot recomend

Nach Bezahlung kein versand. Paypal Käuferschutz wird aktiviert.

J'ai commandé le S6 élite que j'ai reçu 4 jours après, j'ai payé via paypal Rien à redire

It's obvious the seller is trying to get money without sending the goods. I bought a diagnostic device and paid with PayPal. I received the order confirmation. However, since they received my money, there's been no further communication. I waited the 3-7 day delivery time stated in the order confirmation and then activated PayPal Buyer Protection. Only after this was activated the item was shipped. Without PayPal, my money would probably have been lost.

I placed an order directly on the Kingbolen website on January 5th, but the experience has been very frustrating. My package has been stuck at the DHL Coimbra hub in Portugal for over a week with no movement. I paid for home delivery, but it seems there is a total lack of communication between Kingbolen and their courier. I am still waiting for my items and no one has reached out to solve this delay. Kingbolen needs to take responsibility for their shipping partners and ensure the package is delivered to Viseu, Portugal immediately. Order #14867.
