I placed an order 8/14/2026 and now it is 9/5 and I have yet to receive anything. $172 has been drafted from my account. When I try to track it reads “unfulfilled”. I have reached out via email (the only way you can attempt), no answer. My husband emailed (I thought maybe my email was not working)…no response. Created a new email and reached out again. Nothing. Finally attempted social media and again nothing. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I’m hoping this can be resolved before I have to report to the better business bureau

Placed an order a week ago…. And nothing
Placed an order a week ago, no shipping confirmation. Emailed twice and sent messages to their social media. You would think a company with their type of mission and audience would behave more ethically but no. The reviews are 100% correct. They don’t communicate, don’t care, customer service is terrible, and are fine with stealing money from customers. This has been an absolute nightmare. Run so far away from them.
Response from Kin EuphoricsApr 3, 2026
We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, and we completely understand how frustrating it is not to receive a shipping update after placing an order.
We’ve just responded to you directly as well, but we want to acknowledge your concerns here. Our records show your order was placed on 3/29, and while our site notes at checkout that fulfillment can take up to 7 business days, we have not yet exceeded that fulfillment window. We also received your email on 4/1 and responded within 48 hours. That said, we completely understand that the lack of an update can feel concerning, and we sincerely apologize for any frustration this has caused.
As mentioned in our direct response, we’ve offered a full refund if you’d prefer not to wait any longer, and we’re currently awaiting your reply so we can proceed however you’re most comfortable.
Your feedback is important to us, and we’re actively working to improve both our communication and fulfillment timelines. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

I was interested in their product and…
I was interested in their product and was going to order. However, they started spamming me with text messages and I cannot block them. I have tried texting "STOP", "QUIT", "UNSUBSCRIBE", you name it. I have even blocked them but sure enough, a few weeks later they spam me again. I wouldn't order from someone who uses this marketing tactic as they are clearly not trustworthy and dont respond.

Predatory Subscription that Infringes on Automatic Renewal Laws
On Oct 23 I placed my first order to try Kin Euphorics adaptogen + nootropic drinks. During checkout I noticed they had a subscription option and upon reviewing the subscription terms on the order page I went ahead with purchase. Upon arrival - Oct 25 the drinks tasted poorly, so I reached out to customer support asking to process a cancellation on future orders. Their CS team refused to cancel my subscription even though I provided their terms and noted I had abided by their cancellation policy. However, they had no interest in resolving, refusing to cancel any future orders. This is unethical, illegal and frankly exploitive to customers to not denote a 3 month subscription requirement anywhere on the order page or cancellation policy. Please review attached policy. Per automatic renewal laws, a B2C seller must offer clear and conspicuous notice of offer terms including offer terms displayed in stark contrast to the surrounding text in the contract. An opt-in mechanism for the consumer to affirmatively consent to the automatic renewal clause must be presented before the consumer is initially charged for the services. After the consumer has provided affirmative consent, the consumer should receive a post-sale acknowledgment that contains the material terms of the automatic renewal offer in a digestible format. Kin Euphorics is in violation of ARL federal requirements. I highly recommend not supporting Kin Euphorics and purchasing elsewhere.
