Hi Jeff. You refused to participate in a meaningful way to get resolution. We asked you for a little bit of information and then you refused to answer and left this review. Its challenging for companies when customers send aggressive emails and complain about products that they never bought and their story keeps changing. We reserve the right to ask questions when you criticize us and our products and say you ordered products that are not even on your order. A more helpful way to report issues is to be polite and make sure you are complaining about products that you actually ordered. You did neither. FYI, we don't know of any reviews that were "deleted" and feminized and autoflower mass produced white label seeds rarely/ if ever have tiger stripes on them. PS- You are right that your order took longer than expected to get to you. Apologies, USPS can be disappointing sometimes but we did get it to them the day after payment. Sorry it took a week to reach you only 6 hours away. :(

We have a wall of shame on our website to refute people who blatantly lie about us. James H review is completely false. https://kindseed.com/wall-of-shame/ From our Discussion Tickets: Hi James, We don't offer refunds because the products are not able to be resold. Can you tell me whats missing and we can get you replacements? The logic behind a shipping mistake making seeds bad is hard to understand. We ship a lot of orders and sometimes mistakes are made, but we always make it right. Can you send us a picture of what you did receive? First you messaged us because you only received one of the three items in your order and we agreed to send replacements we just needed to know what was missing. Then you said, the order was received but it wasn't labelled so you didn't know what strain was which. We asked for a picture to help understand and when you provided that we saw that your order was complete and your order was labelled. Next, you changed your story to being short one seed but instead of wanting that seed to be replaced you wanted a refund because you couldn't trust us to send you what you ordered. We have refunded you because we can't trust a single word out of your mouth. These one star reviews are so unfair from customers who don't have an honest bone in their body. [email protected]

Hello Becky. Reviews like this are tough. You messaged us with a similar message with no dialogue and proceeded to leave a bad review. We have a germination policy on White Label seeds and do replace when you participate and fill out a form and meet a few other basic requirements. We are sending you positive thoughts and lighting some sage to clear the room. We wish you the best in your growing journey.
