I can assure you it is not cheap to make these rings as it is made with 14k gold-filled wire which is a high quality material, much higher quality than gold plated, and we source very high quality gemstones, and everything is handmade. Lastly, we provided a prepaid return shipping label which you used to send it back. We immediately approved your return request no questions asked and happily paid for the return shipping. All that being said, I truly apologize for the product not being satisfactory as customer satisfaction is a top priority for us.
