I ordered three toys from this company , the shipping took almost a month and the products are so tiny and cheap looking for the price. Thr quality is no where near what was expected . I wouldn't order from here again. Super disappointed

I ordered the pastel and thought it was going to be the pastel pink. This was a gift for my grand daughter and with it being blue the gift will no longer work.

Purchased on Amazon. Disappointed in the shipping communication. Also, the word "Date" above the first box on the second line is missing. Just looks dumb.

I bought one of the beautiful personalised busy boards for my daughter who is 9mo. We loved it however she managed to remove a small piece and put it in her mouth before I could take it off her, it was a real choking hazard. I have let the company know and they agreed very quickly to a refund, which is very positive customer service, and they also said they will review processing methods to improve the safety. I'm concerned about families who have already bought the version I have, so I hope the company will put out a message to let their customers know about the choking risk.

I was happy with the quality. The product was cheap. Had to screw in a screw falling out. The latch gets stuck when you open. The colour was not the colour I thought I ordered.

I didn’t know I needed to assemble it, and the wood base isn’t flat so it wobbles. I tightened each bar as tight as they could go and they are still loose. They don’t come off but they jiggle, the middle one is the only one that is super secure. I’m very disappointed with this product and will not be ordering again from this company.

I was really looking forward to this but can’t even use it because two of the screws/holes are stripped and won’t hold the bars in place. A waste of a purchase

I was disappointed in the quality of the product. It looks super cute but is very delicate. The wood is thin and can be very easily broken. The product I bought was marketed for 1-3 years but there is no way, no how I would even consider allowing my one-year-old to play with his intended birthday gift. The parts are not durable and the letters are very much a choking hazard. I would definitely market for ages 3 and up for this product.
