The product purchased was a thrill to the kids. It was exciting to actually see the cash Putting it together though was a bit of a challenge. It was hard to get the sides to align. I would have preferred if piggy banks were a little sturdier I was very disappointed the Wooden picture domino puzzle had to be refunded for lack of inventory.

My nephew loves the toy! Costumer service was great! However, I didn’t expect the toy to be so cheap looking. The letters are very small and we can’t keep them in the board due fear of baby choking on them.

Great quality and they are beautiful. A bit smaller than I thought. But the colors and quality are great.

I purchased three items for my 1 year old, the Montessori busy board, the personalized name puzzle, and the personalized wooden piggy bank. The piggy bank I LOVE! It’s proudly displayed in his room and gives me joy every time I see it! The name puzzle is of good quality, not quite as high end as some of the ones I’ve seen small shops sell, but perfect for him and very well constructed. The busy board I thought was really cute, but unless I have the next Hulk on my hands, or had a bit of an anomaly with my board, I wouldn’t recommended it. He managed to completely pull the bottom piece with the round beads off, which is of course a choking hazard. Luckily there was an adult present who noticed right away, but this is something I hope the team at Kindlytoys looks in to. Lastly, the shipping was a tad slower than I was expecting (ordered 11/26 and received 12/19 - this was still within their quoted timeframe, I was just hoping for quicker), but it did come from overseas and I ordered during the holidays, so that’s to be expected. Overall, I would definitely order from them again, but would double check all the little bits and pieces before giving them to an infant to make sure everything is secure.

The quality of product is excellent! And so cute! I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because I didn’t receive any communication about shipping, so I had no idea when my product was going to arrive (a little frustrating since it was a Christmas gift). When I would look up the order number, it said my order did not exist. But then it came!

The piggy bank is beautiful but one of my great niece named was spelled wrong. And because I sent them straight to my niece house. She sent a picture of it but I can’t send you a picture in your email. So send her the email address and she said it was not a big deal. But I think it was.

I purchased two large banks and when they came, I noticed I had made a mistake on one of them and they had made a mistake on the other. I wrote to the seller and he was very gracious and replaced both panels at no charge. The banks are darling and can’t wait to give them as gifts to my grand daughters! You rarely find good customer service these days. Will shop here again!

These are made well and am excited to use my my classroom. I only wish there were more tokens to fill up the jar.
