On July 13, I ordered a gift for my grandson’s first birthday in Sept. I got confirmation that my order was being processed and that I would receive an email when I was shipped. It is now over 6 weeks later and I have not received the package or an email letting me know when it would be sent.

Terrible costumer service! Item went to wrong address so was returned to the company, when I reached out to try and rectify they denied getting the item back and claimed it was going to take 2-3 months to get back from the shopping company but if I paid a further $80 they would then ship It again! Never experienced a company like this before and hope I don’t again. Stay clear!!!

Don't buy from this company. My package was supposedly shipped but got lost in transit. I reached out and the company agreed to a refund. This was almost a month ago. I still have yet received the refund and any responses since.

I still do not have woodland puzzle/activity board. Your business does not know right hand from left when it comes to customer service. You have reached out to me in messenger and in email. I still do not have product and you took my money.

Item was ordered more then a month ago and I have not received any updates

I bought a back to school sign. As soon as I had gotten it out of the package a piece of the lettering was missing. There is a ruler on there from pre-k to 12th grade and it says tk instead of pre-k

I ordered the whale and received the octopus. Also this does not measure to 10.2” x 5.5 it is short.

I bought a toy from kindlytoys.com. The toy was defective so I provided a video to the company that promises to refund you if the toy is defective. The beads were very difficult to move and the wires could come out easily even after tightening them with the little tool provided. They didn’t believe it was defective enough to provide a refund and claimed that it would resolve over time even though it was obviously not true and easily proven by the video I sent them. Their policy clearly states that they will provide a full refund for defective items. Instead they offered a 30% refund. I refused so they offered a 50% refund. I refused and demanded that they provide a full refund according to their policy. I didn’t want a replacement because the quality of the toy was so low and I fear that my baby can easily pull apart the wires and hurt herself. They didn’t ever reply to my last email. It was only when my bank got involved and fined them that they reached out to attempt to resolve the issue and then asked me to delete my review
