I own a 2024 Kindle and now all the books in my Kindle library have "been removed and no longer available, " per Kindle, plus I cannot download new Amazon ebook purchases. Spent 3 days trying everything including contacting Amazon, hard reboots, etc but nothing works. Useless product.

No better than a paperweight. Got this for my Christmas and I’ve been at it for ages and can’t even download a book. Giving errors each time I try to add a payment card. This will sit in a drawer until it’s old enough to be thrown out

Prima vi prendete i soldi e poi cancellate tutto. Complimenti

Fraudsters who terminated my account for no reason, withheld my royalties and have over 15 copies of my books still selling on their site. Refused to respond to my email. Am telling people to stop publishing on Amazon. SELF PUBLISHERS SHOULD TRY OTHER CREDIBLE SITES. AMAZON KINDLE SERVICE IS A FRAUDULENT SITE

The e-reader never works reliably, and now the second device has broken down after a short period of service. Crap!
