Truly do not buy from this company, they are scammers. The hair/wig they will send you is nothing like any of the pictures on their website. It will arrive boxed with no invoice or return address, and I'm not even going to bother with getting a refund. The product is totally inferior rubbish, not real human or Remy; possibly some sort of synthetic, if that. You can't even salvage the hair piece, if you wanted to! The website has been set up to take your money under the guise of selling high quality hair pieces but they are based overseas. Read all the reviews below!

DO NOT BUY, SCAM. This company is based in China, and is trying to copy a company from the uk called Kim’s Wigs, which is a legitimate company. They offer easy refunds that cost a bomb (more than the wig cost to buy.... don’t ask...) I would never ever recommend buying from them, if you want a better quality wig, which is cheaper, just go pick up a cat or even a rat, and out it on your head. It will be of better quality. But trust me it is 100% a SCAM, just look at the other reviews too. Also not sure what bullshittery is going in with Trust Pilot... they only have 1 star reviews, yet they are a 2 star company...

DO NOT BUY! The wigs you are seeing are pictures that were collected. The wig I received was nothing like the picture, its so bad I cant even salvage it; its a $92 total loss. At first she refused to give me the return address, until I got Paypal's Resolution Center involved. I spent $20 sending it back and she sends it right back to me! I will not buy overseas ever again unless its through amazon. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!

Company still avoiding me, no response$190.00 down the tubes!! Do not use this company it is a total scam extremely poor customer service they do not respond to questions it's always "next week" and nothing ever happens no tracking number is ever offered

I received my item. No way did the product looked like the model. It came in crumpled old cardboard box. With no invoice or a returning label. The hair was the wrong colour, made of Brillo pad. Poor quality, absolutely disgusting. Looked like it was made in a Chinese factory. On the website, you can not find any details of the address. SCAM SCAM.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!! If only I had read the reviews before I placed the order for the wig!!! The wig turned up and it was a different colour to the one I ordered. The quality was like a Brillo Pad!!! I have emailed them several times asking for an address to send the wig back as I wanted a full refund for a bad quality wig they had sent me!! There reply was ....... they can make me another wig in the right colour for half the price!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

Horrible company. I paid money and fighting for the wig. I will never receive this I guess. I am going to report them for scamming people.
