When we received your email, we issued a full refund for the entire order immediately. We did not receive any further communication from you after that. We investigated and believe the issue originated from a third-party supplier of our dropper components, which arrive pre-packaged in bulk. We've since addressed this with the supplier and added additional inspection steps for incoming packaging materials. The batch you received was produced less than a month prior to shipment, and every batch we sell is accompanied by a current, third-party Certificate of Analysis confirming identity and purity. At the time of your inquiry, this was our only active batch — there was no alternative batch to offer, nor would there be reason to, given the COA verification. We understand that individual research outcomes can vary based on a wide range of variables — storage conditions, solvent systems, protocol design, and analytical methodology all play a role. "It didn't work" isn't something we're able to troubleshoot without more specific information, and subjective comparisons to products from other vendors, whose purity and identity may not be verified to the same standard aren't a basis for a refund under our policy.
