I ordered a Kilt and it was the great quality but I messed up the measurements. It was one of the best Kilts I had bought so I wanted one in the right size. I needed for an event in 15 days and this one took 16 days to get here. I got on Chat and they told me how to do a rush order to get it in 10 or less days. 2 issues that they can improve on 1. you cannot edit an order from what I could see once it is in the cart. I had to delete it to go back and add the rush and fill out my measurements again 2. They offer a matching flyplaid as an option when ordering the kilt but there is no where on the site to order it by itself unlike the other accessories just a witches of Scotland tartan flypaid.

Easy to use site. Received in good time. Quality of kilt better than expected.

Other than initial confirmation of purchase, received no communication on status. Had a knock on my front door and a UPS delivery from United Arab Emirates stating I owed $30.62 in shipping charges. Turned out to be the tartan scarf I ordered. Website indicated article was coming from the UK and shipping worldwide was free. What gives?
