My experience with Kiki.bet has been extremely concerning. I deposited my own money, played on the site and won over £600. As far as I am aware, I have not breached any terms or conditions. However, when I tried to withdraw my money, the problems started. My withdrawals have now been pending for several days. I have contacted customer support repeatedly and have been given different explanations and timeframes. I've been told the withdrawals are “in progress”, that they are being handled by the “relevant team”, and most recently that the payment provider is reviewing them, but I still haven't received my money. This led me to research the company more thoroughly, and I found other users reporting similar experiences with withdrawals. That has made me seriously concerned about the company and its regulatory status. The website presented itself to me like a normal online casino, and I would never have deposited money had I believed I could have this level of difficulty withdrawing legitimate winnings. I will update this review if my money is actually paid. Until then, based on my experience, I would strongly advise people to do their own research before depositing any money here. Update: They have now been reported to the Curaçao Gambling Authority, Actions Fraud and to banking associations. I will update after the investigation.

For months IV tryed to get a self exclusion I would speak on chat they kept saying email so that's what I did took a long time to finally get account closed and self exclude as they would close my account then would reopen it ,I haven't ad a good experience with this site at all I would highly recommend not to use ,IV lost alot of money on here and was very stressful at times

Won on there quite a bit like few thousand and have refused my pay out. 9thousands pounds. It's a company based in Africa with loads off other offices. It a crypto run company Don't bet with these

I have been trying to withdraw my money for 6 days, and all I get is the runaround. First, customer support kept telling me my withdrawal was "in process." Now, they are shifting the blame and claiming there is a "hold-up with the payment provider." This is completely unacceptable. It shouldn't take nearly a week of excuses just to get my own funds. Avoid this site. Also I have withdrawn from this to the payment provider before and have contacted them and they do no payment has been sent to them This company have withheld my 500 withdrawl with no reason sending contradicting emails from 3 different people stating a hold up with payment provider (they have paid me to this before) and then shifting blame on still processing we are day 6 and over 4 days more than there advertised withdrawl. I have extended all avenues with these snd constantly chasing my money im fully verified snd no bonus used. This is a common tactic to not pay my money hoping I will gamble it back but I do not have any intention of doing so. I just want my money Kiki bet can you release my funds I’m getting your emails the same you send to others stating it’s a processing hold up snd then another saying your payment provider holding up can you not release my funds to another provider I have other ways to recieve and stop sending differ t contradicting emails to me. I only used as was rated high but can see that is not the issue from other people here. I just want my money I won’t give up I have nos reported as fraud as also the companies they use to take money is also known for fraud according to my bank. Hopefully they pay today. No reason for 6 day hold up going in to 7 it’s draining not a good experience. This is my second withdrawl funny enough first was ok. I withdrew 24.9.26 still awaiting my money

Unfortunately withdrawal time takes to long I don’t think you will get your money even if you do win and there is an option to reverse the withdrawal just avoid

Stay away from these scammers... Spent hundreds here and won not even over what ive spent and they've blocked my account and not paid the withdrawal nor refudned me. Ive sent them serval emails and they haven't replied to a single one there very clear scammers I will be getting other organisations and my bank involved now its not worth playing here they will rip you off to. UPDATE: still no money from them nor have they replied to a single one of my emails. In total spent over 500 here and they haven't paid out my withdrawal or given me my money back at this point i couldnt careless if they keep the withdrawal just refund my deposits these scammers obviously need the money more then me! They then emailed me to say I was nog getting my withdrawal because I asked for my account to be closed? But it wasn't closed obviously because it had it let me spend over 400 to get the 800 to withdraw. They then had the cheek to offer me only half of my deposits back 315 pound even tho that day alone I had spent 400 pound then got my balance up to 800. And they was offering that ad a goodwill gesture 🤣. How bloody kind of them 🙄 oh and to take the mick even more they will only refund this by crypto. And that was 2 weeks ago ive received nothing. So ive given them chance after chance and have now reported them for fraud to my bank and action fraud. You really need to listen to these reviews before considering giving these scammers your money bevause you will not get anything from them there the absolute worst

Scam site. Using third party merchants without consumer consent. to miscode transaction and falsify payments Customer service are useless. They're not licensed in the uk. EDIT. I thought I would add my experience. Long story short I was told I'd be getting a refund of some of my deposits. I sent my USDC ETH address to them on 08/09 and I haven't received my money. I've sent reminder emails, I've contacted live chat daily, and EVERYONE says the same thing - to wait for an email for an update. They have absolutely ZERO empathy to your situation. Today (16/09), I am still waiting for my money. I will update as I go along but these guys are certified scam artists. Please do humanity a favour and not use them. Happy to share photos of conversations and emails should TP want to see them to verify the legitimacy of this review. EDIT as of 17/09 I have still not received my money. I have had no response by email and once again all the useless chat representatives are still saying the same thing. I hope the media and the regulators shut this company down for good. The worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. EDIT - As of 18/09, I finally got my money yay - 8 whole days of suffering with anxiety and grief trying to speak to a wall to get my money i was promised. I sent daily reminder emails and they never replied, they still didn't send me an email saying my refund was completed like they promised. All lies all bluffs. Unfortunately as they sent the money past the 24 hour deadline I imposed on them for failing to cooperate, I shall be going to the processors to get the rest of my money back. Please never ever use this site. They are ran by a bunch of animals.
