YOUR COMPANY KIKA USA HAS BEEN AN EXCELLENT SUPPLIER FOR ME. WE HAVE BOUGHT SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO PROBLEM, WITH VERY INTERESTING PROMOTIONS AND GOOD DISCOUNT PRICES. THIS LAST TIME WE HAD AN INCONVENIENT WITH UPS THAT DELIVERED THE ORDER ALL DESTROYED AND RE-PACKED WITHIN A PLASTIC BAG THAT KIKA NEVER USE FOR PACKING. WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF RETURN WITH THE GOOD ASSISTANCE OF KIKA

Customer service was great when I had issues getting something added at checkout with an offer to add a product. They made it right. Order was received in a timely matter.

Have always been satisfied with orders, but this last order was late and did not even include my 3 bags of treats that I had requested and ordered previously. I had to order a 3 lb bag unsure when your order would arrive. My account indicated there was some issue with payment. You have my phone on file and I even sent you an email twice. I've not had any issues with any of my auto accounts. No contact was made and I was even charged shipping when I wasn't charged shipping last time I ordered a 22lb bag w/ 3 bags of treats.
