Still don’t have my order… received email that it was here and it wasn’t. I have not seen anything since. I’ve tracked it and it’s stopped a distribution center… just waiting to see will ever show.. sending it regular mail, is horrible. Just giving it til next week or I will have to call my credit card company. This has not been a good experience. Thank goodness it wasn’t a birthday gift.

I initially contacted Kids2 Customer Service in the US on the same day I noticed unusual yellow marks on a Baby Einstein teether purchased in Spain. I was asked to return the product to their Product Integrity team for inspection, and I fully cooperated by following all shipping and customs instructions. Although I received a refund, the product never reached Kids2 because it was returned after failing FDA import clearance. I was also informed that I would receive a loyalty gift, but I never received it or any tracking information, despite requesting it several times. Unfortunately, after several follow-up emails, I stopped receiving any replies. After more than one month of silence, and after trying to contact Kids2 through other channels without success, I have decided to leave this review because I still believe I deserve an explanation after all the time and effort I have invested in helping investigate this case. I am simply looking for assistance in resolving this matter, receiving the promised loyalty gift, and understanding how Kids2 would like to proceed now that the product was never inspected. I would sincerely appreciate a response from Kids2 and help bring Case 551218 to a proper conclusion.

Paid extra for shipping but delivered after 9 days.

BEWARE: Baby Einstein (sold by kids2.com) only offer a 90 day warranty, which is ridiculous. Why so short? Do they not have confidence in their own product? I guess not. The item I bought stopped working after 8 months and they weren’t interested in anything other than emphasizing that it’s outside the warranty period.
