I saw so many bad reviews immediately regretted my purchase tried to cancel and I couldn't. But, great news is the items came in a timely manner and they are exactly as described. Better than expected. My son is really happy with them. Hopefully this company is on the up and up.

Not discounting others experience But mine was really good. I ordered an expensive sculpture for a buddy of mine for his birthday only to come to find out that he already bought it for himself lol. I looked up the return policy and it’s really hard to return some things so I just emailed them and they immediately canceled my order and refunded me pretty sweet and unexpected

Despite the terrible wait time, took almost 2 months, I had a great experience with their customer service person. I had a ton of questions and they were able to keep me updated. I was pretty happy once the items finally arrived.

I actually had a great experience. Took quite a time to come but I am used to that with these types of things. I emailed twice and the second time a nice lady made sure it was sent out right away. Once it left the warehouse I didn’t have to wait too much longer for a delivery by Royal Mail. Works great too
