I really enjoy the flexibility and value of Kidpass! Love exploring different classes around the city and love their free online classes and other special perks.

The worst! They have no idea what they are doing. At first, I think they had a good concept, so I joined as a teacher, however, they have fallen apart completely. They are only sales-driven, and offer zero support. I would in no way be exaggerating to say that over the last several months, I have attempted a grand total of nearly 40 times to solicit a response from them. They do not answer, never reply. They ignore you. I have not been paid, and they don't care. Be very wary!

I paid upfront to get a tutor for my brother and we were more than flexible by working around their hours. The tutor stated the times and days they were available. For the first session, the tutor was a no show. I emailed them and even the person who was in charge of the tutor matching process —no answer. I also messaged the tutor on the dashboard —no answer. Hoping that the tutor was all right, my little brother had another session two days later which resulted in another no-show. I understand that things come up but it would have been nice of them to let us know beforehand of the no-show. My brother was excited to begin tutoring and get homework help but he was so disappointed and upset. Literally so unprofessional and unreliable

Not professional. BEWARE kids are recorded without parental permission or notification. They do not post the negative class reviews, only 5 star reviews.

Highly dissatisfied. Not only are their teachers and activities not vetted before the classes are offered (I'm referring to quality, not trustworthiness), but what REALLY stinks is their rebill and subscription policy. I tried cancelling BEFORE I was rebilled and they wouldn't let me!! Nor did I receive a 3 day notice, period. I'm considering taking it up with my bank, honestly. We also had two adverse events with a couple of classes that we virtually attended. For the first one, the instructor never showed and Kidpass let everyone stay on the Zoom call for over TWENTY minutes, saying it would be just a few more minutes until the instructor would show up. Nope. Another class was lackluster at best and I can't believe I wasted 2 credits on it. I reviewed that class too, and didn't receive any comments on my feedback for either. They clearly don't care, and you know what? AVOID Kidpass at all costs. Very unprofessional and not recommended, questionable rebill methods. It's our kids that suffer the most. During this unprecedented times, it's unconscionable how a company can operate like this. TOTAL ripoff for the quality that you get. I'd recommend checking out the actual websites of some of their "teachers" and "activities" before you commit to anything. Not worth it on Kidpass, I can't say that enough. Get it together, Kidpass.

Signed up for three classes. The coach/instructor didn't turn for two - with absolutely no notice to participants (kids). The third class started late and had to be abandoned after the instructor didn't have the required internet bandwidth (he was outdoors) to run a video call. Kidpass customer support does not have a number to call and no one responded via email. Avoid.

This is the SECOND TIME IN A ROW that we booked a class and confirmed but the place was closed. First time I booked an open play at Monkey Do in Park Slope. I had to work, so I had a babysitter take my daughter there just to find out that the place was closed. Today I rushed my child to get to the class at Muse in Gowanus and Again, it was closed. How is it possible that they are closed after I got a confirmation. Either the system is so defective or no one bother to call me that the class was cancelled????? I am just wasting my money and time just to disappoint my daughter who goes to the class with full of excitement. The kid pass has been nothing but horrible so far.
