I ordered and paid for a Iku-Daburu Jacket 3 months ago , got loads of emails with excuses , why it wasn't delivered , by Liz and Jon . Every time , it was oh, next month we will restock .... 10 emails later( 3 months ) , they emailed , we will refund you ........... still waiting , no apologies , but they did thank me for understanding ( which I don't ! )

I bought a shirt 2 sizes larger than I take at their recommendation but the shirt is too small. At first they offered to send a replacement and said that I didn't have to return the small shirt. But, they didn't have anything that I wanted to replace it. Now they want me to pay for the return shipping of the shirt they said I could keep. The clothing does not have the government required fiber identifying labels. Kidoriman shows themselves as a Japanese clothing company but the clothes are from China. If I had known the clothes were from China, I would have boycotted the store. I will not support a communist regime that ignores human rights. The Kidoriman website is a deception. I'm happy to return the shirt at your expense. Update; They have fully refunded my money but that does not give credibility to fabric content or fair labour practices.

STAY AWAY from this FRAUD!!! Pretended to be Japanese from WY, USA. Chinese junk!!! Shipped out straight from China!!! Wrong size , super cheep !!! Avoid at all costs!!!

This is cheaply made in craftmanship and materials. The clothes look vaguely similar to the images the company posts. I bought two pairs of pants and 4 shirts. Spend your money elsewhere. This isi made and ships from China. These guys are relay upping their scam game, I can usually spot a bootleg website when I see one. Do not order, you will not be happy. If this was legit, especially for the price I paid for items, I would be a return customer over and over every season.

BEWARE! This is a scam company. They never sent what you order or they never sent the items ordered. They will never refund anything but rather ghost you. They are under investigation now.

I've been targeted for Advertisement in Facebook and that's how I landed in kidoriman. Oversea shipping was correct... two weeks from order to home delivery. I would not buy again this quality for this carbon footprint. But this is another story. Materials are poor quality, rough and without label. Forgot about doing "ma bu" with these Dragon Ball (Gelyu harem) pants. The Shinu shirt (buddhist) is also rough and the fabric makes itching. My ordered clothes would cost less than 60$ here in Spain, however I spent 150$. Expensive punk clothing, forget about japanese fantasy quality standards. After reading other reviews, I checked that in fact you can found the clothes in Aliexpress, with price bloated more than 40%. That's why I downgraded my review from 2-stars to 1-star.

Placed the order on Saturday 29th January for around $200 worth of goods to ship to the UK. Zero updates, zero response to mails and messages, regular marketting spam from their "CEO" and team - no supply of the goods purchased. Since then I have requested my credit card provider dispute the payment, as the company are either a scam who do not provide the product, or so uncaring once they have the money that they provide no aftersales support. I have now read about multiple customers on other forums and websites having identical issues.

This is a scam. All their reviews are probably fake - I didn't get to write one. They say they have a 90 days money back guarantee - that is definitely false. You have to pay for returning, which is probably something you want since the pants look absolutely ridiculous on. Nothing like the pictures!!
