With great courtesy I received a new pair of pants. And they are, as my previous experiences with Kidoriman, super! Good fabrics, nice look and feel. I am 5,10 height and 165 weight wearing a perfect XL (USA).

I ordered the Matshu Kimono, Hiruko Pants and Tabiko Pants in blue and black for my son and my husband. As recommended in the reviews, I ordered it one size bigger. Because of the worldwide situation, the shipping took longer as usual. My son likes the kimono and the Hiruko Pants. The Tabiko Pants are very nice, but sadly we had to give them away as they were still a bit too small. If you order from Europe, please don‘t forget that imported goods are to tax (import duties-related informations are stated in policy displayed on the website). As I forgot about that, I’ve sent a Mail to Kidoriman and they explained everything well and friendly.

Great pants + excellent service! I am a 6 foot 4" male, 195/200 lbs. I got the Black Gelyu Pants, XXXL (Japanese Sizing), and they fit like a glove. I have gotten so many compliments on them! Also, I ordered a shirt, that was not to my liking, though it fit, and I received the best customer service from Liz, re an exchange for more pants!! lol An excellent experience overall. Refreshing!

I had the problem with my order and wrote to the shop about it via email. I get the fast answer and options for solving it. As a result I have received my order, and my husband likes it very much. Thank you for understanding, support and help

This as Great Company! The products have high quality, they are different... I had a problem with a size (portugal EU), and they replace pronto! They lessening my problem, and they resolve it. I will continue buy products (they are out of the box). Cheers and good luck!!!

I have purchased many items from Kidoriman. The designs are amazing but I did have an issue with the quality of some items when I first purchased almost a year ago. The team at Kidoriman were incredibly helpful in resolving the issues that I had and I'm very happy to say that they have also addressed the manufacturing problem and quality control. I was sent samples of the newly manufactured items a while back and I was really impressed. I've worn the pants almost daily as my inside house wear for some time now and they have lasted well. I've since made more purchases and have nothing but praise for both quality and design. I highly recommend their clothing for fans of quality Japanese style street wear and anyone simply looking for daily comfort. Truly wonderful garments. Also, don't miss out when they do embroidered t-shirts because they sell fast. I'm constantly receiving comments when I wear them. I am more than totally satisfied with the customer Service. The delivery firm claimed they delivered to package to me, but i was at work. So they said its my fault for not finding my package. But anyway Kidoriman Customer Service assisted me all the way and got me a replacement for free. They products are very neat too :)
