These pants are awesome. Extremely comfortable!

At first I thought I had made a bad decision with buying from Kidoriman, but their customer service is top notch and they take feedback and customer satisfaction very seriously. I was impressed with how they handled my exchange. As a first time customer, I bought: 1 × Gelyu Harem Pants - Navy Blue / S (US) / L (Japan) 1 × Kuko Harem Pants - Dark Gray / S (US) / L (Japan) I'm 5'6 and the pants fit well I got lots of compliments. Love the styling and materials and the quality are also very good. Looking forward to my next purchase with them.

Greatest product quality and definitely the best customer service ever!

I ordered an item, it arrived in the promised timeframe and in good condition. There was a bit of a snafu with colour on their end so i lodged a complaint and this is where the pleasant surprise kicks in - it was handled promptly, with a kind attitude and can-do approach by their support staff, to my utter satisfaction. Will definitely order from them again.

Really can't say enough about the service from Kidoriman, particularly Liz who help me return an item that was the wrong size (my fault). I would highly recommend buying from this label. The clothes I have previously bought I love!

Loved the products I bought! They are exactly as the pictures on the website: so comfortable and well looking. Highly appreciated also the support from kidoriman: I had a little issue with one of their products but they answered super kindly and fixed the problem immediately.

As with many things we impulsively purchase these days because of social media, i found myself staring at some really cool pants, i really didn't need. i bought them anyway because life is short & 50% gets people to do things they normally wouldn't ;) Given all the prompts about properly sizing, I was mildly concerned they wouldn't fit, but they did. kinda... So I snapped a pic, sent it back to Kidoriman HQ to see what they suggested and instead of sending back some terse note or instructing me to go through the hassle of packaging them up & shipping back, they offered to send me another pair. Now my 80yo mum is rocking hers all over NYC & CT spreading the word about the awesome style of KIDORIMAN
