Kidoriman asked me how I liked my order - Bless 'em. I explained that part of the delivery process involved Perth's worst (IMHO) Delivery Clowns, who shall remain nameless (Aramex). Upon hearing my complaint, and my retelling of OTHER issues I have had with Aramex, Kidoriman offered to resend my order, using another courier. THAT's what I call customer service!
