Return policy is harsh and laborious. You'll have to organize and pay the return to the US and all attached costs yourself. (Original score was 2 Stars) UPDATE: I was in touch with them, after my trustpilot review and they were wonderful about it. They really helped me out and turned an originally negative experience into a very positive one. Really impressive.
