Paid for order, over 2 weeks, no shipping update, and not responding to multiple contact attempts.

Zu der Qualität kann ich leider nichts sagen, denn zu einer Bestellung ist erst gar nicht gekommen. Versuche seit 1 Woche über den Support per Mail sowie per Kontaktformular sowie Facebook und Instagram in Erfahrung zu bringen von wo die Sachen verschickt werden und wo Rücksendungen hingehen. Da ich weder Zoll noch hohe Rücksendekosten auf mich nehme wäre dies vor der Bestellung gut zu wissen. Anscheinend lässt hier Service sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Dropshipping from China and you need to send the return to USA, which will cost you more than the clothes itself. Quality is okay nothing more... And the sizes are completely off Do yourself a favor, find another store or go to Shein.

No delivery in one week. No answers. Not giving money back.

Poor customer service, wrong size t-shirts, bad quality, it’s basically overpriced temu with their “logo” they don’t have free refund so I paid over $20 for shipping it back. So if you planing to order from this store you have to be 100% sure u will keep their product. But just save yourself headache and don’t even order from here. Just avoid it and go look somewhere else.

Pants were paid for but were never delivered, and Kidoriman refuse to issue a refund whilst the goods are apparently still in the country? Their courier imile sends you emails with delivery day (no estimated time), you stay at home all day, 3 times now, and no delivery arrives. There is no way to contact them other than a whatsapp bot. And when you request a call back they don't call. They just issue a new delivery date and you stay home again and nothing arrives, no phone calls, no nothing. Avoid!

Absolutely horrendous states 7/10 days from the USA and there from China over 4 weeks and no delivery and have stopped replying to emails avoid this company
