I was able to count on the knowledge, patience, and advice (especially from a certain Liz) from customer service to modify my order and receive new items in a very short time. Frankly, a masterclass from a customer service perspective.

I’ve bought 3 items from Kidoriman over the past few years. All are awesome. Likewise, the quality is spot on while having very reasonable prices. I love their styles, and they just mix well with stuff I wear from other brands. Overall, just a great shop.

Having recently returned from Japan and wearing their comfortable pants, I was delighted to discover Kidoriman Pokku pants on a whim on a US website. Perhaps not a coincidence! I am a female, 5'8", 120 lbs and a size 26 jean. The XS Pokku pants in a beautiful Sienna Red color fits like a glove. Love at first sight: the look, color, material, fit and quality. Thank you for a great pair of pants that are stylish, comfortable and well made.
