slow shipping, mediocre products, returns take forever and you have to pay return shipping. ive been going back and forth for like 4 months because every time i order something, theres just something weird about it. a weird fabric, uncomfortable fit, looks bad in person, not what it seemed like in the picture etc. so then i exchange for something else and go through the same cycle over and over. if they would just use regular nice fabrics it would be a great company but its just these unnecessarily cheap and weird materials. i have a couple of things i did end up liking, but they can also be found on amazon for cheaper and with the safety of a free return. there are chinese companies on amazon selling the same products with the same model photos... the japanese clothing company image is a lie, and they are using it to charge more. added a star because they refunded the last few items after i left this review. I guess 3 stars is more fair, they arent awful, but not great. amazon is still way easier though

Great customer support but the quality of the product was not great

Ok, the product itself is good quality and it arrived in a fairly timely manner given that it was during the Covid-19 second wave. HOWEVER, from the moment I was notified that it had shipped I was targeted by scam after scam - mostly the fake customs charge messages and fake failed delivery scams. I hadn’t purchased anything else at that time. I’m going to guess my details were sold on, either by kidoriman itself, a sketchy employee or the courier service they used.

Ordered 5 t-shirts. They took a long time to arrive but I got them and they are good quality. Extremely itchy to wear though Other point of note - I am 5'10 (178cm) and slim/regular build and like to wear oversized t-shirts. All t-shirts ordered were XXL or XXXL and I would go XXXL (max size) if thats your look.
