KidorimanReviews of kidoriman.com

I have purchased several items from Kidoriman and the quality is very good, customer service is quick to respond. My partner loves how their stuff looks on me. Win/Win Only ever had 1 delay with shipping and it was due to the auto fill on my browser, they quickly fixed the issue once we figured out what happened.

Clothes look nice. But the shirt i purchased shrinked at the 30 celsius wash as stated on the label. Edit: after reaching out, they offered to replace it.

I did not like the fabric of the joggers, and they refunded my order which was nice. All I have to say is do your own research before you buy.

Lovely support from work force. The jeans would be better if they provided a bit more mobility. However they are rather chic so yeah. Great style though!

I had some initial dissatisfaction with Kidoriman customer service, who appeared to ghost me after a flurry of initial emails but they have now agreed to refund me for a pair of damaged trousers.

UPDATE: I was contacted by support after leaving a 2-star review, and they initatied a full refund which processed in about 4 days. Although the 4XL size was still too small for my 6'5" frame, I appreciate the consideration of customer support to resolve my issue promptly.

I'd rate 5 stars, but the time of arrival was truly high, and the guhsi pants ripped on the second use. Nevertheless, they were always kind and everything went okay.

I've ordered about three times now and I'm quite happy with the quality of material and fit also the delivery, management and costumer service. However on my last order the quality of the pants just wasn't the same they were very uncomfortable gave of too much static I couldn't wear them. It was just that one time though. I don't know but the material was different. But hopefully it won't happen again. Because I do want to order more of those cool pants.
