The sizing on these is insane! Im 170cm tall and usually a European size S. I bought an XXXL from their website and the pants are still too short. Since their return policy indicates I have to pay the fees to send the product back overseas, It would cost me 30€ to get my 50€ for the pants back. I have to admit though the size chart on their site is accurate. Every size up only adds about a centimeter in length though which would mean i would have to buy a size XXXXXL (the biggest one there is). Anyone taller than 180 should not buy anything on this website

I finally received the product. I'm happy with the product quality. Hence changing the review from 1 start to 3. There are two big problems with this brand: 1. The same products are on Alibaba for way cheaper prices. This feels like a cheat. 2. I'm still very surprised at how Kidoriman can allow such a reputation hit and customer stress, disappointment by their lack of proper notification, tracking and informing. ----------------------------------- I ordered over a month ago. The products are still not delivered. The tracking website URL they shared looks suspicious and got me thinking this whole thing is a scam. After several emails they agreed to check why the package is not delivered. Apparently, they claim that my package was lost. There's no way to file for refund or track purchases on their website. So, if they stop responding to emails, there's nothing a customer can do. Overall, feels very phishy and suspicious. Take your money elsewhere.

I give the company 3 stars due to their good service. After receiving a pair of pants where the size was off, they send me A new pair and we tried a different size. It still doesn’t fit – way too big in the waist and too short in the lenght (and I am 180 cm/78 kilo) so very standard. Therefore, if it was only the product, I would still only give 3 stars as in my original review (see that below) but the service was good, therefore the 3 stars. COPY: I have looked forward to receiving the pants. I was VERY disappointed :( Quality below average and more importantly, size is way to small (length) even though I went for a larger size than normal.

Original order was placed July 15th. As of Aug 1st, one item - Sekai pants - was still not received. They did provide tracking number for a shipment that hopefully will arrive and a 50% credit on the missing pants - if both show up I suppose it will confirm this company is at least trying to be legit. Based on my experience they have some quality control, communication and operational issues they need to address if they want to improve their reputation. For example the customer service person email I was dealing with took several days and follow up messages to confirm the replacement had been shipped and provide a tracking number. Also I have received messages from Kidoriman putting pressure on me to change this review - but the missing pants still haven't shown up. As far as the garments themselves - they are okay for the price but bear in mind they are not Japanese, these are Chinese made versions of common designs.

I bought pants (Nekoti, Dester loose and Sekino cropped) 2 numbers larger like recommended. Unfortunately they are still too short for me (way shorter than in the pictures). They’re shipping from USA.You should be certain about the items you get because you need to pay the transport back if you don’t like the cloths. The customer service is really fast.

If you are small to medium in size, this clothing should fit you if you order at least 2-3 sizes up compared to normal US and UK sizing. Unfortunately, that's not me. The material quality looks and feels great so it's a shame they don't fit. I eventually connected with their customer service (the second and third times were faster) and they acknowledged the sizing issues for some customers and will look at it. My refund is being processed. Thanks.

The clothing are stunning. I've already placed two orders with this firm, but I've tried twice to swap for a larger size, but the customer support is terrible.

I have been trying to exchange for some bigger size but the customer service is poor. Send multiple emails but no reply since the initial response. The sizing issue is common since the material are non stretchy. The issue is especially evident on upper body items, if you have any muscle mass it's hard to fit into your size. On pants the sizing are better and true to the descriptions. Overall the quality is good but poor customer service.
