Shipping time is bit high but the product is totally worth the wait. My niece really really loved this jacket. Fits well and keep her warm and dry. Definitely recommend for these cold months! Ordering the next size up for next year!

I had ordered a couple of rompers and a jacket for my baby. The package arrived safe in 11 days. I loved the products. The price is very cheap when compared to other sites. I was skeptical about the quality. But there's no compromise on quality as well. Really happy with my order.

Took forever to come and no one ever answered my e-mails! By the time it came I no longer needed them.

This is not a US based company. The shipment is from China. The quality of the material is very stiff and not suitable for babies. On their website it says delivery in 10-15 days but for good 2 months forget about it or it can take more than 2 months. Pathetic service!!

Only products that are out of stock in our warehouse is shipped directly from our supplier. We ARE a US based company. Could you please let us know your order ID so that we can investigate further on this issue?
