Wonderful product! So much fun with my kids!

I'm disappointed to give this review, but I ordered a product and was guaranteed Xmas delivery. Received an email on Monday saying my package has shipped and I still don't have it and it's Xmas Eve! Tracking shows that it is still in CA and you are closed until 1/3. I appreciate the time off you give your employees, but someone should be available to ensure delivery of promised products. Very disappointed.

Did not receive my order. Placed Dec 17. Suppose to be a Christmas delivery. 3 day delivery. Emailed company to ask where it was. Tracking info shows it did not leave California. No updates since Dec 17. Auto reply says out of office Dec 22-Jan 3. So no one is around to solve this problem for me. Will not do business with this company again. Beware.

Order placed 12/14. Still not received. Really disappointing.

I found just what I wanted for our 8-year-old granddaughter from this site. And, for this time of year, shipping was fast. We received the item on the day we expected it.

Great fairly priced craft supplies and kits for creative little people. No war games or cult figures! Just use imagination and create a cool project to make a kid's day. Wish I could send to all kids!!

The kit I ordered arrived with black pastel marks on it that will not come off of the white case! I attempted to call and ask for a replacement but I found no human being to speak to, only a message to send an email. So I emailed 48 hours ago... and have gotten no response.

Easy ordering, fast shipping....presents for Xmas, I'm sure they will love it...
