I ordered these for Easter gifts for my kids - if I ordered by April 6th, they were guaranteed by Easter. I reached out 3-4 times as they weren't here Thursday, Friday, Saturday. I left voicemails, emails and received NO communication. My kids didn't get their Easter and the company didn't care. Besause I cannot reply to your reply I will add that this is the email I received from customer service on 4/8. Thank you for your purchase! Hi Halle, we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent. Again, I ordered this based on your guarantee that it would be here by Easter. That was a fraudulent ploy to boost sales and you are now backtracking and not honoring your guarantee, nor are you offering anything to make it better. If you could not handle getting it out of your warehouse, you should not have guaranteed so. I placed my order based on your ad that it would be delivered by Easter. I ordered in Monday, April 6th and you confirmed the order over 48 hours later, saying it would arrive in 3-7 business days. That is again, not what I bought.
